Each month, our Empowerment Meditation Series aligns with the seasons, encouraging participants to explore personal growth through shifting energies — winter reflection, spring renewal, summer empowerment, and autumn release.
Some sessions also include tea and discussion, inviting heartfelt community connection after practice.
