• Vendors must provide: 
  • Tent/Canopy 
  • Tent weights 
  • Tables 
  • Chairs 
  • Lighting if desired 

All tents and displays must be securely weighted and able to withstand changing weather conditions. Securely anchored displays are considered a best practice for outdoor markets. 

Standard Setup

Arrival begins at 3:00 PM

All vendors should be set up by 5:45 PM

Summer Heat Option (July & August Markets)

To help vendors avoid setting up during the hottest part of the day, early setup is available between:

8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

If utilizing early setup:

• Tents must be properly weighted.
• Displays should be weather-safe.
• Vendors are responsible for securing their booth until market hours begin.

Breakdown

Vendors must remain open for the duration of the event.

Early breakdown is not permitted except in emergencies.

• Display products professionally. 
• Clearly label pricing whenever possible. 
• Maintain a clean booth space. 
• Treat guests, volunteers, and fellow vendors with kindness and respect. 
• Follow all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. 
• Obtain any required permits, licenses, or certifications for products being sold. 

All children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

This policy exists for the safety of both our vendors and attendees.

1.  Submit an application. 
2. Applications are reviewed to maintain a balanced vendor mix. 
3. Approved vendors will receive an invoice and approval email. Waitlist vendors will receive an email being notating they are placed on the waitlist.
4. Space is not reserved until payment is received. 
5. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
